IMPORTANT   PROGRAM  CHANGE

As some of you know, there are exciting developments regarding our program.  Coming January 1st, 2023, we will no longer be known as Fargo Lady Eagles Fastpitch.  For the growth of our program and for the growth Fastpitch in the Fargo area, we are merging with Fargo Youth Baseball to create a larger and more unified program to serve all girls between the ages of 6-18.  With this, there will be some changes. First, we will go through a name change that will be more encompassing for all girls in the area. Secondly, we will be going through a major overhaul of our website and Facebook pages beginning January 1st, 2023. So please be patient as we make those necessary and important changes.  You will still be able to follow us on those social platforms, but you will be re-directed to our new platform which will be more comprehensive and streamlined. To get a better idea of what our page may look like, you can familiarize yourself with Fargo Youth Baseballs website, fargoyouthbaseball.com.

We will still be offering the same program services as before, and more!!  You can find more information regarding each one of our programs on the tabs at the top of the page.  Again, please be patient as we will be modifying our pages with new information as it comes.  Key differences to all programs are that anyone can join our program.  When registering for a program, if you already have a team and a coach, you can register through us and we will provide you with all the tools necessary to succeed. If you are looking for a new opportunity and are just registering yourself, you may also register with us and we will place you on a team based on your needs.  You can join a team, as long as there are spots open, based on what school you attend, friends you may have on a team, or even based on a coach you may have had in the past.  We will have opportunities for all skill levels; beginner, intermediate and advanced.  Tournaments will also be available throughout the summer based on what your family and team are able to commit to. If your team only wants to commit to one tournament, then your team will only play that one and pay to enter that tournament. Thus, if your team wants to commit to four tournaments, we will take care of the registration and your team will then divide the cost of the additional tournaments.  We will continue to have a Spring Season, Summer Recreation Season, Summer Club/Travel, and a Fall Season.

In addition to our seasonal programs, we will also have youth developmental mini-camps, open gyms, and indoor facilities where you can hone your skills.  Through the Attic, we will have designated time in which it will be open specifically for girls fastpitch.  At this point, we are looking at Friday and Saturday evenings. More information will be given as to specific start dates and times.  As a member, you will also be able to reserve your own time slots at the Attic free of charge, depending on availability.  Please refer to Fargo Youth Baseballs webpage regarding the reservations at the Attic.

We are so excited for this opportunity to partner with Fargo Youth Baseball!! We are working together to create an inclusive organization that will educate, collaborate, and grow the sport of Fastpitch. We will remain a non-profit volunteer based organization that will also give back to the community whenever possible. Together, with the help of sponsors, donations, and volunteers, we are creating an organization that is first and foremost, kid centered. We want to provide an opportunity for girls to develop a love for softball and a love for themselves. Something that they and the community can be proud of!

I want to thank everyone who has ever been a part of Fargo Lady Eagles!! Without you, this would not have been possible. You helped create the foundation that we building upon to make it even better!

Thank you,

Fargo Lady Eagles

Donate Your Old Gear

In an effort to build girls softball, especially to those girls new to softball, we are asking that you consider donating any gently used equipment to our organization. This would include; bats, gloves,  non-metal cleats, catchers gear, and/or any training aids. We want to build all girls softball programs and don’t want to exclude any girl from the opportunity to grow through softball because they may not access to the right gear. If you have item(s) to donate, please email us and a board member will reach out to you.
